Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is a flat $6.95 per order. Orders of $75 or more ship free.

Processing and delivery

Your order is packed and shipped by our fulfilment partner in the USA, usually within a few business days of ordering. Standard delivery then takes about 3 to 5 business days. You'll get an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Subscriptions

Subscribe & save orders ship automatically on the schedule you choose, with the same shipping rates.

Address issues and lost parcels

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships. If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days or your parcel is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll help.
